My cooking is influenced by my Tamil Nadu upbringing, my Gujarati heritage, my training in Macrobiotics and my love of travel. From the ancient wisdom of millets, to comforting locally-sourced flavours like pista and mango, to rosewater from Moroccan souks and chocolate refined to perfection in Belgium… every ingredient is carefully chosen. Everything in the re:store kitchen is lovingly homemade.
